The Job. We promise it's a great job. You’ll have access to tools and resources to educate yourself and free reign over our marketing funnel, which attracts hundreds of inbound leads per month. Your key responsibilities will revolve around:
- Experimentation: Generating leads organically through multiple inbound channels.
- Paid acquisition: Managing paid social, paid search, and retargeting.
- Lifecycle, CRM & email: Designing and improving nurture flows.
- CRO and the website: Running A/B tests and briefing landing pages.
- Referrals, walk-ins & member-driven growth: Optimising referral programmes and capturing walk-in interest.
- SEO, AI optimisation, organic & content: Briefing and shipping search-focused content.
- Site GTM: Running digital GTM and lead generation for new site launches.
Requirements
Who You Are: Hungry and high-agency, biased to ship, numerate and data-led, creative and commercially sharp, a fast independent learner, and have the right to work in the UK.
Compensation: We are open to discussing compensation based on experience.
