The predicted salary is between 40000 - 50000 £ per year.
We offer Claude code, a max subscription, funding for education, and freedom over the marketing funnel that brings hundreds of leads per month. Your impact will be measured by rapid experimentation, ROI on spend, and growth of marketing channels.
Key responsibilities include:
- Experimentation across multiple inbound channels to improve our marketing.
- Paid acquisition – running paid social, search, and retargeting daily.
- Lifecycle, CRM & email – designing and improving nurture flows.
- CRO and website – running A/B tests, briefing landing pages, and fixing funnel leaks.
- Referrals, walk‑ins & member‑driven growth (IRL) – designing the referral program and optimizing walk‑in capture.
- SEO, AI optimisation, organic & content – briefing search‑focused content, owning Google My Business, and building hub content for site launches.
- Site GTM – managing digital GTM and lead generation for new sites.
Requirements:
- Hungry & high‑agency. Actively fix issues instead of waiting to be told.
- Bias to ship. Launch experiments quickly, make decisions with imperfect data.
- Numerate and data‑led. Fluent in spreadsheets, confident in GA4 (or equivalent), and have SQL or BI exposure as a plus.
- Creative & commercially sharp. Generate ideas, know good ad copy, tie concepts to revenue or leads.
- Fast, independent learner. Acquire tools and concepts quickly and adapt through feedback.
- Right to work in the UK. We cannot sponsor visas.
