Runway East is seeking a Head of Operations for the South West region, overseeing 3 sites across Bristol and Bath. You will lead General Managers, own the member experience, and manage the full P&L. The role sits on the management team and reports to the COO, shaping regional and company-wide operations decisions.
The successful candidate will own occupancy strategy, standards, and the service-first culture while growing the regional team and capability, and driving profitability.
