Since 2014, Runway East has been on a mission to destroy boring offices. Across London, Bristol, Birmingham, Bath, and Brighton, we create flexible workspaces packed with perks like Cake Wednesdays and Friday drinks trolleys. As a proud B Corp, we're committed to making a positive impact on people and the planet, supported by a passionate and friendly team.
We are looking for someone to take the lead at our newest site in Bristol (opening June 2026) and help it reach its full potential. You'll be building a community for the founding members, while signing up new companies, ironing out facilities snags and building a small team. This is our 15th site so there’s a clear playbook to follow, but every site has its own identity and challenges. We are looking for a confident and engaging relationship builder who is comfortable leading from the front, spinning lots of plates and setting high standards.
Key Responsibilities
- Build an exceptional member experience, including delivering an extensive events calendar and building an engaged and vibrant community.
- Ensure impeccable standards across your site – managing operational requirements such as maintenance and cleaning.
- Troubleshoot facilities issues and ensure sites are compliant and within budget.
- Ensure occupancy, retention and revenue is maintained in your building.
- Work in concert with the Membership Manager, including touring or joining tours with prospective members, joining retention conversations with existing members, and ensuring key accounts are managed effectively.
- Cultivate relationships within the Bristol ecosystem, creating partnerships and sponsoring events to generate partnership-related enquiries, as well as assisting the marketing team with content as and when required.
- Build relationships with your team, motivate them, train them, set expectations and create a service-first culture.
- Improve our processes and question systems to make them as efficient as possible.

- Salary: £38,000 to £48,000, depending on experience.
