Runway East is seeking a hands-on Community Associate in Bristol to deliver exceptional member experiences across sites in the South West.
You’ll blend hospitality with operations, cover multiple sites 1–2 times per week, and maintain high standards while building real relationships with members and colleagues.
No two days are the same: you’ll split time between floor rounds, admin, site checks, and events, ensuring spaces stay safe, welcoming and well‑run.
