Runway East in Bristol and Bath is seeking a Head of Operations for the South West to lead three sites, the General Managers, and the member experience. You will sit on the management team and shape regional operations with real ownership.
This role owns the regional P&L, drives occupancy and desk rates, and ensures safety, compliance and service standards across all sites. Youll collaborate with the COO and CEO, recruit, coach and build the regional bench, and travel as needed.
