We are looking for a Logistics & Procurement Manager to oversee the end-to-end procurement, inventory, and logistics operations supporting our hardware infrastructure.

As we continue to scale, this role will ensure that equipment, components, and materials are purchased, tracked, shipped, and delivered efficiently while maintaining accurate cost control and operational visibility.

You will work closely with Engineering, Operations, Finance, and external vendors to keep our supply chain running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the procurement lifecycle for hardware, components, and operational equipment, from sourcing and purchase orders to delivery.
  • Maintain accurate inventory records, asset tracking, and stock planning to ensure critical components are always available.
  • Coordinate domestic and international shipments, customs, import/export documentation, taxes, duties, and logistics partners.
  • Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, negotiate pricing where appropriate, and proactively follow up on orders and deliveries.
  • Track procurement costs, transportation expenses, and vendor performance, providing accurate reporting and visibility to leadership.
  • Develop and improve procurement, inventory, and logistics processes to support the company's rapid growth.
  • Ensure all administrative aspects of logistics and procurement are handled accurately, including documentation, invoices, shipping records, and compliance.
  • 3+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or operations management.
  • Experience managing international procurement and logistics in a fast-paced technology, manufacturing, hardware, or similar environment.
  • Strong understanding of inventory management, supplier management, shipping processes, customs, import/export regulations, and cost tracking.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally with Engineering, Finance, and external vendors.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Experience with ERP, inventory management, or procurement systems is a strong plus.
  • Fluent in English.
