The job, honestly:
You show up after the client's already sold. Your work starts where the sales conversation ends.
Sit with clients, figure out what they're actually trying to build
Get something working in front of them fast - not \"on the roadmap,\" now
If the platform can't quite do it yet, you build the workaround yourself
Take what you learn back to engineering - not a complaint, intel
What you'll bring:
Python, TypeScript, or Go - 2 of 3, fluently
Docker + Linux you can actually troubleshoot
Real experience with agentic systems, inference, or fine-tuning
Comfortable dealing directly with customers - you've sat in the room
Curiosity that doesn't quit when the problem's one you've never seen
