Global SaaS Platform | Client Integrations & Implementation
Location: London (Hybrid)
We are partnering with a fast-growing global SaaS business that helps businesses expand their international presence through a market‑leading technology platform. As a Solutions Engineer, you will take ownership of client onboarding and implementation projects, acting as the bridge between customers and technical teams to deliver seamless integrations and long‑term success. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving complex technical challenges, working directly with customers and driving successful software implementations within a SaaS environment.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead technical discovery workshops with new customers
- Design and recommend integration solutions aligned to client requirements
- Own end‑to‑end implementation projects from scoping through to go‑live
- Configure platform integrations and manage API connectivity
- Define and optimise data flows between multiple systems
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide root‑cause analysis
- Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to resolve client‑specific challenges
- Deliver technical onboarding sessions and user training
- Act as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle
- Capture customer feedback to influence future product development
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years' experience in Solutions Engineering, Implementations, Technical Consulting, Integration Engineering or related roles
- Experience working within SaaS, eCommerce or web‑based platforms
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, HTTP protocols and system integrations
- SQL experience with the ability to investigate, validate and troubleshoot data issues
- Experience working with complex technical architectures and data flows
- Strong debugging and problem‑solving capabilities
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to both technical and non‑technical audiences
- Degree in Computer Science or related discipline is advantageous
