An Engineering Manager is needed to join one of the UK's leading E-commerce implement and monitor performance metrics. Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met. Communicate engineering goals with the engineering staff and stakeholders. Coach, support, and develop the engineering team.
Qualifications
- Ideally a Computer Science degree or related discipline.
- Prior hands-on programming experience in any OOP language.
- 1-2 years of experience in a Leadership / Engineering Manager role.
- Strong background on product-focused businesses.
- Ability to create a technical strategy and manage budgets and metrics.
- Experience in coordinating cross-team efforts to deliver on timelines.
