RunThrough, the UK’s biggest running events company, is recruiting a Workforce Manager to own staffing for about 325 events a year. You will build the staff plan, recruit and pay crew, and ensure every race is staffed and briefing completed before race day.
Based in our office, you’ll lead a small team, roll out a new workforce platform, report weekly on staffing and costs, and manage the crew budget. You’ll thrive on detail, deadlines and keeping events fully covered.
