Job Title: Partnerships Marketing Assistant Location: Hersham, Surrey (Hybrid working) Some evening and weekend work required (time off in lieu) Are you a passionate runner with a creative flair and a love for marketing? Join the UK\’s fastest-growing running events company as our new Partnerships Marketing Assistant – a dynamic, generalist marketing role that sits at the heart of our partner experience. You’ll work closely with our Account Management Team and Head of Content Marketing to ensure our wide range of event partners are brilliantly represented across all marketing touchpoints – from social media and email to PR and content. You’ll be the kind of person who thrives in a fast-paced, creative environment and who takes pride in their attention to detail, organisation and communication. Support the planning and delivery of marketing activity for RunThrough partners across digital and physical channels. Create high-quality social media content and graphics using Canva, Photoshop, or similar tools for RunThrough partner content. Assist with email marketing campaigns, newsletters and partner-specific updates. Liaise with internal teams to make sure partner marketing deliverables are met on time and to a high standard. Attend RunThrough events to support on-the-ground partner activations and capture content. Ensure visual and written outputs are consistent, polished, and engaging for all partner content. ✅ A passionate runner or someone who understands and loves the running community. A good marketing all-rounder with a base understanding of marketing channels including social, email, content and PR. Ideally suited to a marketing graduate or someone with some marketing experience in the workplace. Excellent written English and a sharp eye for grammar, spelling and tone. Confident creating basic graphics and short-form videos (Canva, Photoshop, CapCut, Premiere Pro etc.). A collaborative team player who’s comfortable juggling multiple projects and deadlines. Don\’t worry if you haven\’t used specific tools – if you’ve got basic creative experience and a willingness to learn, we’ll support you with training.
