The Apprentice Account Coordinator supports the delivery of “Managed Service” recruitment contracts while completing a structured apprenticeship programme. They provide administrative and operational assistance to the Account Management team, helping ensure all activities meet contractual, legislative, and framework requirements, while developing knowledge of recruitment and service delivery.
Client & Stakeholder Support
The role involves supporting the Account Management team in maintaining positive client relationships, managing shared inboxes, coordinating meetings, and responding to basic queries. It also includes observing client interactions to build an understanding of expected service standards and escalation processes.
Reporting
The Apprentice supports the preparation of management information reports by inputting and maintaining accurate data within internal systems. They assist in updating contractor and customer records and help collate KPI and SLA data to support reporting and performance monitoring.
Contract Administration
This area focuses on providing general administrative support across MSP contracts, including maintaining accurate documentation, assisting with vacancy distribution under supervision, and supporting contractor onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring actions are completed within agreed timescales.
Supplier & System Coordination
The role supports communication with subcontractors, assists with onboarding documentation, and maintains accurate supplier records. It also involves developing familiarity with internal systems such as the Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring data integrity, and escalating any issues or inconsistencies.
Finance & Data Support
The Apprentice assists with timesheet and invoicing processes, supports the collection of financial data, and helps identify discrepancies for review. They contribute to data gathering required for reconciliation and reporting activities.
Compliance Support
The role includes supporting the collection, organisation, and maintenance of compliance documentation for contractors and suppliers. The Apprentice assists with compliance checks and audits and escalates any gaps or concerns to ensure standards are upheld.
