We are client facing and so alongside your daily tasks you will be greeting clients who visit the office, handling enquiries and receiving records and information as well as answering phone calls and emails.
Standard daily tasks will include:
- Processing bookkeeping records both manually and using receipt capture and accounting software
- Reconciling bank accounts
- Processing records and assisting with the preparation of personal tax returns
- Maintaining accurate client records, managing deadlines and updating practice management software
- Liaising with clients, message taking, requesting records and information and assisting with queries.
