Role Summary: The Schools Liaison Admissions Tutor is one of three positions within the Schools Liaison Team, which is part of the School, Employer & Community Relationships Function. The role is responsible for developing and maintaining links with over 75 partner high schools to ensure successful recruitment to all school leaver courses.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with partner high schools.
- Engage in scheduled schools liaison activities and coordinate evening and in‑college interviews from both a customer‑service and administrative perspective.
- Take prospective students on tours and attend parents’ evenings, career fairs, and other recruitment events on behalf of the College.
- Collaborate closely with the Schools Liaison Team and the School, Employer & Community Relationships Function to support recruitment strategies.
Qualifications:
- Friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about education.
- Pragmatic and positive with a strong awareness of the importance of recruiting students.
- Administratively adept and able to quickly learn and apply processes.
