Responsibilities:

  • Deliver AAT Apprenticeships at Levels 3 and 4, with occasional delivery and support for other standards, including Business Administration Level 3 and Customer Service up to Level 3.
  • Be passionate about the value of apprenticeships and commit to driving up standards in an area where achievement rates are already well above national averages, and learner and employer satisfaction levels are high.
  • Join a department offering a range of Adult courses and Apprenticeship standards, working with employers to help learners launch and develop fulfilling and successful careers.
  • Demonstrate excellent organisation and time management skills to manage a diverse caseload across a number of employer partners.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Industry experience and recent professional development relevant to apprenticeship delivery.
  • Proven track record as a highly successful apprenticeship Trainer.
