Teacher/Course Leader of A Level Sociology (1.0FTE) - REF 260399R

Up to £51,691 p.a., plus Band 3 Responsibility Allowance for Course Leadership - £3,679 p.a.

We are seeking to appoint an additional Teacher/Course leader to share the course leadership responsibilities and lead the Sociology Team onto new heights of success, ensuring that our students continue to enjoy and achieve their goals on this course.

Working as part of the School of Social Science, you will be required to demonstrate commitment to developing highly effective teaching strategies, assessment procedures and support approaches. A desire to seek continual improvement, excellent interpersonal skills and ability to lead a team of dedicated, supportive and student-focused teachers will also be required.

As an individual you will also be committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
