Human Resources Business Partner
Location: Leyland, Lancashire
Salary: Up to £38,429 p.a. with a competitive benefits package, including £2,651 p.a. in employer pension contributions.

We’re seeking a skilled and proactive Human Resources Business Partner to join our dynamic team, working alongside HR professionals who are passionate about delivering an excellent service. You will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of HR services to successfully deliver our People strategy, providing expert guidance and support to managers and staff, and helping to shape a positive workplace culture.
You will hold a CIPD Level 5 qualification or equivalent qualification and have experience in a generalist HR role, including advising managers and supporting employee relations processes such as disciplinary, grievance, capability and absence management. You will bring strong, up-to-date knowledge of UK employment law and its practical application and be confident in balancing organisational risk with a fair and people-focused approach.
You will be an effective communicator with the ability to build credibility, influence and maintain professional relationships at all levels, alongside strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing priorities within a varied workload. You will demonstrate sound judgement when handling sensitive matters and a commitment to equality, diversity, inclusion and safeguarding practice.
