We now have a vacancy for a Service Desk Analyst. The role is perfect for someone who is customer‑driven, technical and passionate about the latest technology. To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • Knowledge of Windows 11
  • Knowledge of Office 365
  • The ability to learn about our web‑based line‑of‑business tools
  • An understanding of IT hardware
  • The ability to communicate technical terms in a clear and simple way

A qualification in IT Service Management or Service Desk Practice would be an asset.
