The Curriculum Administrator and Timetabling Officer will play an important role within the QMIST team and supporting the College at large. The role will involve assisting in coordinating the curriculum set-up from declaration, through adjustments and validations to timetabling/room bookings. The successful candidate will demonstrate a keen customer-focus and high levels of accuracy in their work, especially when entering data onto the College MIS system and working with colleagues across the college.
The successful candidate will also demonstrate high-level skills in IT, literacy and be positive and friendly. They must work well under pressure and will be expected to work outside of normal hours at key times of the year.
