What you'll be doing:
- Delivering excellent customer service to residents and internal customers through a variety of communication channels.
- Responding to enquiries professionally and resolving issues efficiently.
- Managing customer requests and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
- Working closely with colleagues across the organisation to provide seamless customer support.
- Prioritising and organising workloads to meet service standards and deadlines.
- Handling challenging situations calmly and effectively in a busy environment.
- Communicating clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing.
- Identifying opportunities to improve customer experiences and service delivery.
- Supporting the team in achieving performance targets and service objectives.
- Contributing positively to a collaborative and supportive team environment.
Providing advice and assistance to residents and customers through telephone, email and face-to-face interactions.
