With a strong direct to consumer focus and ambitious growth plans, they are looking for an Ecommerce Manager to take ownership of their global Shopify websites and help drive online performance.

You'll own the day to day trading of multiple international websites, working closely with marketing, customer service, developers and senior leadership to deliver an outstanding online customer experience while driving conversion and revenue growth.
The Role
Reporting into the leadership team, you'll be responsible for the day to day management and optimisation of global Shopify Plus websites.
This is a hands on role where you'll use data, customer insight and commercial awareness to improve performance across every stage of the customer journey.
SEO and CRO are at the heart of this position.
You'll take ownership of technical and onsite SEO, whilst running an ongoing programme of conversion rate optimisation, using testing and analytics to continually improve website performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the day to day trading of multiple Shopify Plus websites, including product launches, merchandising, promotions and category management.
- Own onsite merchandising, navigation, search, upselling and cross selling opportunities.
- Ensure product information, imagery and content remain accurate across all markets.
- Lead onsite and technical SEO, developing and implementing a clear optimisation roadmap.
- Plan and execute A/B testing and CRO initiatives to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
- Analyse website performance using GA4 and other analytics platforms, identifying trends and opportunities for growth.
- Work closely with developers and external agencies to deliver new website functionality and ongoing improvements.
- Lead user acceptance testing for website developments and ensure site quality through regular reviews.
- Collaborate with marketing to build engaging landing pages and content that strengthens the brand experience.
- Partner with customer service to ensure customer feedback helps shape website improvements.
- Identify commercial opportunities to maximise sales, average order value and overall website performance.
About You
You'll already have experience working within ecommerce and be looking to take ownership of a growing direct to consumer business.
You'll ideally have
- At least two years' ecommerce experience, ideally within a consumer brand.
- Hands on experience managing Shopify, ideally Shopify Plus.
- Strong understanding of SEO and conversion rate optimisation with experience delivering measurable improvements.
- Experience using Google Analytics 4 and other ecommerce reporting tools.
- Confidence working with developers and third party agencies.
- Excellent organisational skills with a commercial mindset.
- Strong copywriting skills and an appreciation for brand storytelling.
- Basic HTML knowledge would be advantageous.
- An interest in sport or active lifestyle brands would be beneficial but is not essential.
