A specialist Amazon growth agency that’s been doubling year on year since launch, is looking for an Amazon Advertising Manager to come support the growing agency. This is a hands-on, client-facing role supporting several large UK, EU and US advertising accounts. You’ll be joining a specialist Amazon Advertising team, taking ownership of campaign strategy, budget management and client communication. You’ll need a strong understanding of Amazon’s retail systems across Vendor and/or Seller. This is your chance to join a challenger agency that’s rewriting the rules on Amazon growth.

What you’ll own:
  • Manage end to end Amazon Advertising strategy and execution for multiple clients
  • Own client relationships and act as the primary point of contact during the contract period
  • Lead on performance analysis and campaign optimisation
  • Work closely with other team members to ensure continuity and high-quality service
  • Support reporting, insights and budget planning for each account
About you:
  • 2+ years hands-on Amazon Advertising experience, ideally within an agency
  • Strong analytical mindset with an eagle eye for detail - data isn’t just numbers, it’s insight waiting to be uncovered
  • Deep familiarity with both Seller Central and Vendor Central platforms
  • Practical knowledge of Amazon advertising, SEO, and digital marketing fundamentals
  • Excellent communicator who can translate complex data into simple, strategic advice
  • Self-starter who thrives in a fully remote, fast-paced environment
  • Passion for ecommerce, a challenger mindset, and an eagerness to learn and grow
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not dealbreaker - proven experience matters more
