We are currently looking for an experienced Amazon Account Manager to support the growth of consumer brands across Amazon marketplaces. This role is ideal for someone with strong Amazon marketplace knowledge across both Vendor Central and Seller Central, who is confident managing strategic client relationships, driving commercial growth, and acting as a trusted extension of a client’s business.
You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of consumer brands across Amazon, building strategic growth plans, and delivering against key commercial objectives.
The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience across both Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central, alongside a clear understanding of Amazon retail fundamentals, forecasting, promotional planning, operational management, content optimisation, and account health.
You will work closely with both clients and internal teams across retail, advertising, and operations to drive performance and identify growth opportunities.
- Manage both Vendor Central and Seller Central operations across multiple accounts
- Support forecasting, inventory planning, stock management, and retail readiness across Amazon marketplaces
- Lead promotional planning across key retail periods
- Monitor account performance, identify risks, and proactively recommend solutions
- Analyse sales and performance data to identify opportunities for growth
- Work closely with internal advertising and content teams to align strategy
- Support clients with catalogue, operational, and retail related issues
- Act as a trusted extension of the client’s ecommerce team
- Proactively identify risks, resolve issues, and uncover opportunities for growth
Requirements:
- 2+ years of Amazon account management experience across both Vendor Central and Seller Central, ideally within an agency environment
- Strong understanding of Amazon retail operations, including forecasting, promotional planning, inventory management, catalogue management, account health, and retail readiness
- Hands-on experience managing Seller Central operations, including shipments, stock control, operational troubleshooting, and Amazon Brand Registry
- Commercially minded with a strong understanding of Amazon retail drivers
- Confident managing client relationships and presenting performance insights
- Passionate about ecommerce and always looking to develop new skills
- Willing to travel to client offices where required
