A growing ecommerce agency is looking for a Junior PPC Manager to join its expanding performance marketing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with around one to two years' experience in PPC who is looking to develop their career within a fast paced agency environment. Working across a diverse portfolio of ecommerce brands, you'll support the planning, execution and optimisation of paid advertising campaigns, helping clients grow through data driven marketing strategies. Key Responsibilities
- Support the planning, implementation and optimisation of PPC campaigns across one or more advertising platforms, including Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads and Microsoft Ads.
- Monitor campaign performance and make recommendations to improve efficiency and maximise return on investment.
- Conduct keyword research, audience analysis and competitor research to identify new growth opportunities.
- Assist with campaign launches, budget management and ongoing optimisation.
- Analyse campaign performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for improvement.
- Produce regular reports, providing clear insights and actionable recommendations.
- Work closely with Account Managers and wider teams to ensure campaigns align with client objectives.
- Stay up to date with platform developments, industry trends and emerging best practice.
About You
- Around one to two years' experience managing PPC campaigns within an ecommerce business or digital marketing agency.
- Hands on experience managing campaigns across one or more advertising platforms, including Amazon Advertising, Google Ads, Meta Ads or Microsoft Ads.
- A solid understanding of PPC fundamentals, including keyword research, campaign structure, bidding strategies, budget management and campaign optimisation.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret performance data and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
- Experience using Google Analytics, GA4, Looker Studio or similar reporting tools would be advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organisational skills.
- The ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for ecommerce and performance marketing.
