An established ecommerce business is looking for an Amazon Account Manager to join its growing team. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution, working closely with brands to drive performance, growth, and long term success on Amazon. You will manage a small portfolio of accounts, take ownership of day to day performance, and act as the main point of contact for your clients. Working alongside internal specialists across advertising, content, and operations, you will help deliver high quality, commercially driven outcomes. The Role
You will take ownership of a portfolio of Amazon accounts, managing performance, building client relationships, and driving growth across all areas of the marketplace.
Key Responsibilities
- Account Management and Client Leadership
- Manage a portfolio of Amazon accounts, acting as the primary point of contact and building strong, trusted relationships.
- Lead regular client communications, providing updates, insights, and strategic recommendations.
- Support new client onboarding and contribute to pitches where required.
- Strategy and Planning
- Plan and execute product launches, promotional activity, and trading calendars.
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to develop and implement growth strategies.
- Identify opportunities to improve performance across content, pricing, and operations.
- Delivery and Performance
- Oversee product listings, A+ content, and Brand Store updates.
- Manage promotions, deals, and Amazon programmes such as Subscribe and Save or Vine.
- Produce performance reports, forecasts, and actionable insights.
- Monitor account health and ensure compliance with Amazon policies.
- Team Collaboration and Development
- Support and guide more junior team members, reviewing work and sharing best practice.
- Collaborate with internal teams across advertising, creative, and operations to deliver strong results.
- Contribute to internal processes, training, and continuous improvement.
- Identify and resolve issues quickly, managing escalations and coordinating internal support where needed.
About You
- Experience managing Amazon accounts, either agency or brand side.
- Good understanding of Seller Central or Vendor Central.
- Confident working with data and turning insights into action.
