We’re looking for a hands-on Game Developer / Senior Programmer ready to step up into a lead role, helping build and scale a Roblox-based game platform. This is not a pure management role, you’ll still be close to the code and the product, while taking on more responsibility across team leadership, feature delivery, and game performance. You’ll work directly with the Founder to shape and grow a live platform focused on player engagement, retention, and monetisation. We work with global brands to bring them into gaming authentically and profitably, and we are building the infrastructure, tools and AI capabilities to scale the next era of digital fashion.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Building and shipping Roblox game features (gameplay systems, progression, events)
- Leading day-to-day development across a small team (engineers, artists, designers)
- Improving player retention and engagement through live ops, updates, and new features
- Ensuring the game runs smoothly (performance, bugs, scalability)
- Contributing to technical decisions and how the platform evolves over time
- Working closely with the Founder to turn ideas into playable, live experiences
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on game development experience (ideally Roblox / Lua, but not essential)
- Background as a game programmer, gameplay engineer, or technical developer
- Experience shipping live games or interactive experiences
- Understanding of what makes games engaging (progression, rewards, events, social features)
- Some experience leading projects or mentoring others
- Comfortable being both hands-on and stepping into leadership
- Experience working on live ops / updates / seasonal content
- Familiarity with UGC, social features, or creator-led content
