Overview
Following a period of growth, we are looking for a Senior Advertising Manager to lead the strategy and execution of paid media across Amazon and wider retail media platforms. This role sits at the intersection of performance marketing and commercial growth. You will be responsible for driving revenue, margin and visibility through best-in-class advertising, while working closely with cross-functional teams to optimise full funnel marketplace performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of Amazon Advertising (SP, SB, SD, DSP) across multiple markets and or brands
- Manage and optimise PPC campaigns to deliver against revenue, ROAS and profitability targets
- Plan and allocate budgets effectively, balancing growth with efficiency
- Analyse performance data to identify trends, opportunities and areas for optimisation
- Conduct keyword, product and competitor research to inform campaign strategy
- Lead ongoing testing and experimentation across bidding, creatives, audiences and formats
- Deliver clear, insight-led reporting with actionable recommendations
- Collaborate with cross functional teams including creative, SEO, account management and data to improve overall performance
- Support product launches, deal events and seasonal campaigns
- Optimise SKU level performance through a combination of advertising and on platform levers including pricing, content and promotions
- Mentor junior team members or contribute to wider team development where required
What We’re Looking For
- Strong hands on experience with Amazon Advertising across Sponsored Ads and DSP
- Proven track record managing campaigns across multiple marketplaces including UK, EU, US or global
- Deep understanding of the Amazon ecosystem including Seller and or Vendor Central
- Highly data driven, with the ability to translate performance data into commercial decisions
- Experience working with large data sets, bid optimisation and campaign scaling
- Strong analytical mindset with a test and learn approach
- Confident communicator, able to clearly explain strategy, performance and recommendations
- Experience using third party tools and platforms such as Pacvue, Helium 10, AMC, SQP or similar
- Comfortable operating both strategically and in execution detail
Desirable
- Experience across additional retail media platforms such as Walmart, TikTok Shop, Criteo or CitrusAd
- Exposure to Amazon Marketing Cloud and advanced attribution
- Experience managing seasonal or high volume brands
- Agency or high growth brand experience
- Experience leveraging AI tools to improve performance or workflows
