Seeking a commercially minded Senior Product Marketing Manager to shape product launches, optimise Amazon content and drive conversion across multiple ecommerce channels.

The role will play a key part in driving product visibility, customer engagement and conversion across Amazon and other ecommerce channels, combining creativity, commercial thinking and data driven decision making to deliver measurable results.
About the Role
This is a unique opportunity to sit between Product Development, Amazon, Ecommerce, Sales, Marketing and Design, helping shape how our products are presented to customers.
Working closely with our Product Development team, you will take technical product features, customer insights and competitive advantages and translate them into compelling product propositions, content strategies and customer focused messaging.
You will identify the key reasons customers buy our products and ensure those purchase motivations are clearly communicated across Amazon, retail and direct to consumer channels.
Working alongside our design team, you will create detailed content briefs and help shape the development of Amazon product imagery, A+ Content, packaging, product detail pages and marketing assets that drive engagement and conversion.
This role is highly analytical. We are looking for someone who enjoys testing ideas, analysing customer behaviour and continuously refining content based on performance data. You should be comfortable running A/B tests, reviewing conversion data and making recommendations based on evidence rather than opinion.
Success in this role will be measured by the commercial performance of the content, propositions and customer experiences you develop.
Responsibilities
- Work closely with Product Development teams to understand new products, features and customer benefits.
- Identify the strongest purchase motivations for each product.
- Translate technical specifications into compelling customer focused messaging.
- Develop product propositions and messaging frameworks for new product launches.
- Create clear content hierarchies that prioritise the most important reasons to buy.
Creative Briefing & Content Direction
- Create detailed content briefs for designers and content creators.
- Direct the development of Amazon imagery, A+ Content, retail content, packaging and digital assets.
- Ensure key selling points remain prominent throughout the creative process.
- Continuously improve content quality and effectiveness through structured feedback and refinement.
- Analyse content performance across Amazon and other ecommerce channels.
- Develop and execute A/B testing programmes.
- Monitor click through rates, conversion rates and customer behaviour.
- Use performance data to improve messaging, imagery and content structure.
- Build a culture of testing, learning and continuous improvement.
- Analyse customer reviews, competitor content and market trends.
- Identify customer objections, buying triggers and opportunities for differentiation.
- Stay up to date with Amazon, ecommerce and retail best practice.
- Use customer insights to shape future content and product positioning strategies.
About You
You are commercially minded, naturally curious and fascinated by what makes people buy.
You may currently work in Product Marketing, Ecommerce Marketing, Marketplace Management, Amazon Marketing, Digital Marketing or Conversion Rate Optimisation.
You enjoy combining creativity with data and are comfortable challenging assumptions through testing and analysis.
Most importantly, you understand that great content is not simply content that looks good, but content that drives measurable commercial results.
- Experience in ecommerce, product marketing or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Amazon and online retail.
