The Opportunity
We’re hiring a Creative Designer to sit at the centre of a fast-scaling consumer brand’s growth across Amazon, retail platforms and direct to consumer channels. You won’t just be designing assets. You will own how they perform. From Amazon listings to landing pages, your work will directly influence conversion, engagement and sales.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Design and optimise product images and listings across Amazon and retail platforms
- Create high-converting visual assets that improve engagement and sales
- Run A/B testing on creative to understand what drives performance
- Analyse metrics such as click through rate, conversion rate and sales impact to refine your work
- Identify opportunities to improve how products are visually presented
- Work closely with marketing and trading teams to align creative with performance goals
Creative That Converts
- Design high performing Amazon listing images, A+ content and storefront assets
- Produce multiple variations of assets for testing
- Clearly communicate product features and benefits in a way that drives conversion
- Use AI tools to improve speed, output and iteration
Website & Digital
- Support landing page updates and product launches
- Apply UX and CRO thinking to increase conversion
Creative Production
- Create assets using Adobe Creative Suite
- Produce light motion graphics or short form video where needed
- Support wider creative across packaging, retail and campaign touchpoints
Launch & Campaign Support
- Support new product launches across Amazon and direct channels
- Assist with paid media creative
- Contribute to retail and trade marketing materials
