About the Role
A growing ecommerce and consumer technology business is looking for a talented 3D Designer / Render Artist to join the creative team on a part time basis. Working across product launches, ecommerce, retail and marketing campaigns, you’ll create high quality renders that bring products to life across digital channels. This is a fast paced, commercially driven environment where creativity, ownership and strong visual execution are genuinely valued. You’ll be working with STEP files and technical assets to create polished, realistic product renders that showcase finishes, textures, lighting and key product features. The role would suit someone with strong experience across consumer electronics, home technology, audio products or similar categories. This is a remote role with plenty of autonomy, ideal for someone confident managing their own workflow while collaborating closely with product, creative and marketing teams.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Creating high quality 3D product renders for ecommerce, retail and launch campaigns
- Producing studio style, lifestyle and feature focused visuals
- Working from STEP files and technical product assets
- Creating realistic lighting, materials, reflections and textures
- Supporting packaging visualisation and packaging concepts where required
- Preparing final assets for multiple ecommerce and marketing channels
- Collaborating with internal teams on launches, feedback and creative direction
- Maintaining consistency across product ranges and brand visuals
What They’re Looking For
- Strong experience within 3D rendering and product visualisation
- Confident using KeyShot, Blender or similar software
- Experience working with STEP files
- Strong eye for lighting, composition, textures and realistic rendering
- Experience creating ecommerce or product focused visuals
- Ability to work independently and manage projects remotely
- Organised, collaborative and comfortable working to deadlines
- Adobe Creative Suite experience is advantageous
- Experience within consumer electronics, audio or home technology would be highly beneficial
- Ecommerce or Amazon product rendering experience is advantageous
- Experience creating lifestyle or room set visuals is welcomed
- Motion or animation experience would be beneficial but is not essential
