Join the Up and Running team as a Retail Assistant and help the local running and fitness community find the perfect gear to achieve their goals.
As a Retail Assistant, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent customer service and using your product knowledge to help them make informed decisions. You’ll also be responsible for maintaining the store’s processes and procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
In this role, you’ll have the opportunity to assist with the store’s marketing efforts and help create a welcoming environment for customers and visitors alike. You’ll also have the chance to develop your skills and knowledge of technical developments in clothing, footwear, equipment, and training.
