Role

Based in Cambridge we are seeking an experienced real estate professional with investment, development and strategic asset management experience. As a minimum responsibilities include developing and implementing asset management strategies, working on new acquisition opportunities, financial modelling, working with consultants and coordinating with stakeholders. Our projects include significant developments, strategic investment and trading opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience in Real Estate Asset Management, Development and Investment.
• Proficiency in Financial Analysis, Market Research, and Investment Strategies.
• Excellent Communication, Negotiation, and Organizational skills.
• Good network of real estate professionals.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Relevant experience in prop co, consultant/agency or asset manager.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or a related field.
