What You'll Do
- Own the analytics and measurement strategy for Runna Performance Marketing, including defining KPIs, building measurement frameworks, and translating outputs into actionable recommendations for key stakeholders.

- Leverage MMM, MTA, Incrementality Testing and other tools to measure the impact of spend distribution across business units, geos and channels, and surface new platforms for testing.
- Maintain up-to-date awareness of paid media industry trends and best practices, including evolving privacy requirements and tracking standards and apply them to our attribution and measurement approach.
- Partner with performance marketers to design and evaluate experiments across marketing channels and geos, ensuring rigorous incrementality measurement.
- Design and deliver dashboards that make key insights intuitive and accessible.
- Work with stakeholders across the business to turn open-ended questions into technical solutions.
What You'll Bring to the Team
- Substantial experience (5+ years) in marketing data analytics or analytics engineering, with a track record of building high-quality, reusable data models and BI dashboards for varied stakeholders.
- Advanced SQL skills, including building complex, scalable queries across marketing platforms (e.g. Apple Ads, Google Ads, Meta, AppsFlyer) and data warehouses (ideally Snowflake).
- Experience designing and evaluating experiments, including incrementality testing and A/B methodologies.
- Strong Python skills for data cleansing, transformation, and analysis.
- A track record of translating complex technical findings into clear recommendations for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience coaching or mentoring more junior analysts and helping set technical standards for a team.
Bonus points if you have:
