What You'll Be Doing
In short, you’ll be planning, producing, filming and editing a range of video content to bring the Runna brand to life. You will work across a variety of areas, including:
- Filming and editing our weekly podcast
- Capturing races and events
- Producing social content
- Creating in‑app material
- Managing occasional live event broadcasts
- Working with our amazing ambassadors and coaches on shoot days
This role includes capturing and editing the content but also taking creative ownership of briefs and ensuring consistent, high‑quality output across all formats.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Filming, editing, and delivering our weekly podcast episodes, including pre‑production planning, guest coordination, and post‑production enhancement.
- Managing technical setup and occasionally directing live event broadcasts for races and special Runna events.
- Attending events and races with the Runna team and taking ownership of capturing the day.
- Working with our amazing coaching team to create engaging coaching reels and training content.
- Collaborating with our ambassador team to create exceptional social content on shoot days and at ambassador events.
- Taking ownership of creative briefs and continuously improving our visual storytelling across all platforms.
What You’ll Do
- Telling Stories: You have a talent for telling captivating stories through clear direction, compelling editing, and thoughtful pacing.
- Podcast Excellence: You understand podcast production from start to finish—guest prep, sound quality, narrative flow, and audience engagement.
- Technical Proficiency: You’re comfortable with audio production, video editing software, and can manage both pre‑recorded and live broadcast technical requirements.
- Capturing Moments: You excel in finding the perfect angle, nailing the perfect settings, and crafting stunning compositions every time, whether planned or on the fly.
- Staying Organized: You plan clear and efficient shoots and recordings to streamline everyone’s time whilst managing multiple projects on the go.
- Working with Others: You are excited about the idea of teaming up with coaches, ambassadors, podcast guests, and other team members to bring creative ideas to life.
- Being Creative: You’re always thinking of new ways to improve our visual content and keep our audience engaged.
- Flexible: Given a big part of your role will be to capture Runna events and races, we’re looking for someone happy to travel and flex their hours to evenings and weekends when needed.
What You’ll Bring To The Team
- You have demonstrable experience in podcast production and editing.
- You have a strong portfolio showcasing high‑quality video content.
- You’re highly organised and efficient, with project management skills.
- You have experience with audio production software (Adobe Audition, Descript, or similar).
- You’re proficient in video editing software and equipment.
- You have experience managing technical setups for live broadcasts or events (a plus, not essential).
- You’re high‑energy, fun, and bubbly, ready to throw yourself into Runna and get the best from those you work with.
- Ability to identify and capture compelling moments independently.
- Strong attention to detail, can‑do attitude, and ownership mindset.
- Excellent verbal communication skills and ability to brief and debrief with guests and team members.
- Fast‑paced and able to work on, plan, and edit multiple projects on the go.
- Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and share knowledge and experiences across regions and teams.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.

Our Interview Process

- Final round with Charlotte and a few other members of the team.
