We are putting together a talented team to build the #1 training platform for Runners. We help everyday runners become outstanding by building an incredible app providing world‑class training, coaching and community for everyone, whether you’re improving your 5k time or training for your first marathon. Our ambition is huge: to become the go‑to global leading training platform for millions of runners everywhere. We’re growing with purpose and looking for people who want to build something meaningful with lasting impact.

The team you’ll join:

You’ll be leading our growing in‑house Creative team made up of producers, strategists, and UGC managers who love making scroll‑stopping content for platforms like Meta, TikTok, YouTube. In this role you’ll own the relationship with Performance Marketing Managers to ensure we’re learning from what’s working (and what’s not) — keeping the feedback loop tight, sharing insights, and making sure we’re always learning, iterating, and scaling what works.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • You’ll take full ownership of Runna’s performance creative function - setting the strategic vision, managing cross‑functional production, and developing high‑performing creative across channels.
  • You’ll report to Laura, Head of Performance Marketing.
  • Line‑manage and coordinate the workload of internal and external producers across static, video, and UGC.
  • Lead the end‑to‑end creative strategy for performance marketing, with a focus on improving CAC and LTV.
  • Build and manage a quarterly creative roadmap aligned with channel priorities and business goals.
  • Oversee the development, prioritisation, and execution of creative briefs across all channels around our fast‑paced production cycles.
  • Own and evolve a robust creative testing framework, scaling winners and cutting under performers.
  • Improve creative workflows and explore AI/automation tools to boost production throughput.
  • Act as the bridge between Creative and Paid Media to ensure alignment, communication, and results.

What you’ll bring to the team:

  • 4+ years in creative strategy, performance marketing, or paid social.
  • Proven track record in managing complex creative production workflows and cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of how different creative functions (strategy, production, design, UGC) collaborate to deliver high‑performing campaigns.
  • Proficiency in Figma or a similar tool - using it to map ideas, lead brainstorms, and bring creative concepts to life collaboratively.
  • Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strategic thinker with strong instincts for creative, data, and execution.
  • Passion for innovation and experimentation, with a willingness to push boundaries.

Bonus Points If You Have:

  • A background or interest in fitness, health, or lifestyle brands.
  • Deep understanding of Figma and AI/automation tools - knowing how to use them to enhance ideation, collaboration, and production efficiency across creative workflows.

Salary And Benefits:
