Youâll play a pivotal role in ensuring we continue to build really strong relationships with all our ambassadors as we continue to scale the channel. If youâre at the start of your career, hungry to get stuck in, have fun and dive into the world of brand activation then we want to hear from you!
As an Ambassador Associate, your role will include:

- Ambassador Management Support (50%): Working closely with the UK Ambassador team to ensure a seamless and exciting experience for our Ambassadors from the very start. Youâll coordinate onboarding kit and welcome gifts, ensuring every Ambassador feels valued and inspired. Beyond onboarding, youâll help celebrate key milestones; whether itâs their first race with Runna or a major achievement, strengthening their connection to the brand.
- Event & Race Trip Support (30%): Assist in planning and executing ambassador-led race/event activations, including flagship events like Hackney Half Marathon weekend. Youâll be working closely with suppliers, venues and race organisers. Youâll support event logistics, including booking race places, travel and accommodation. After events, youâll help evaluate the impact of the event and collate learnings to improve future activations.
