Job Summary
We are looking for a Quick Lube Technician to join our growing team! The right candidate will have a strong background in automotive work and ASE certification or a technical degree. This role involves testing systems to ensure proper functioning, driving vehicles for test purposes, and diagnosing and repairing vehicles accurately.

Responsibilities
- Test systems and components to ensure they are secure and functioning properly
- Identify and isolate potential causes of problems
- Drive vehicles for testing and inspect/refill fluid levels as needed
- Ensure proper tire pressure, clean and lubricate fittings
- Install new oil drain plugs and oil filters, and communicate oil levels to team members
- Maintain accuracy and efficiency in diagnosing and repairing vehicles
- Replace worn parts proactively to prevent breakdowns
- Use power tools, machine tools, and hand tools for various tasks
Qualifications
- Deep understanding of automobiles and quick diagnostic skills
- Effective analytical and communication skills with a willingness to learn
- Ability to learn new technology, procedures, and specifications
- Ability to operate electronic diagnostic equipment
- High School Diploma or GED (required)
- ASE Certification or Technical degree (preferred)
- At least one year of experience in a service department
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
