The Role

This isn’t your typical reservations gig. You’ll be the heartbeat of both sales and marketing operations—managing key KPIs, converting high-value group bookings, and helping to craft compelling digital campaigns. From liaising with corporate clients to collaborating with creative teams, this role offers variety, ownership, and real impact.

Key Responsibilities

  • Hit and exceed KPIs for bookings, upsells, and group revenue
  • Manage corporate and high-value reservations with a consultative approach
  • Own the Collins booking system—optimising every guest experience
  • Handle VIPs, special requests, and bespoke itineraries with flair
  • Ensure guest needs are communicated clearly across teams

Marketing & Digital

  • Coordinate with external social and email teams for aligned messaging
  • Create newsletters and guest communications using Mailchimp (or similar)
  • Support content planning and creative team collaboration
  • Keep website content, ticketing info, and offers up to date

Operational Support

  • Report on performance metrics and sales forecasts for leadership
  • Be the go-to expert for pricing, availability, and packages
  • Maintain and improve CRM data for insight and efficiency
