As they continue to grow, they’re looking for a commercially savvy and proactive Senior Sales & Reservations Assistant to elevate guest engagement, drive revenue, and support innovative marketing campaigns.
The RoleThis isn’t your typical reservations gig. You’ll be the heartbeat of both sales and marketing operations—managing key KPIs, converting high-value group bookings, and helping to craft compelling digital campaigns. From liaising with corporate clients to collaborating with creative teams, this role offers variety, ownership, and real impact.
Key Responsibilities- Hit and exceed KPIs for bookings, upsells, and group revenue
- Manage corporate and high-value reservations with a consultative approach
- Own the Collins booking system—optimising every guest experience
- Handle VIPs, special requests, and bespoke itineraries with flair
- Ensure guest needs are communicated clearly across teams
- Coordinate with external social and email teams for aligned messaging
- Create newsletters and guest communications using Mailchimp (or similar)
- Support content planning and creative team collaboration
- Keep website content, ticketing info, and offers up to date
- Report on performance metrics and sales forecasts for leadership
- Be the go-to expert for pricing, availability, and packages
- Maintain and improve CRM data for insight and efficiency
- A sales-focused pro with a track record of smashing targets
- Commercially sharp—knows upselling, segmentation, and strategy
- Meticulous with details, especially for complex bookings
