A beautiful events venue in central London is looking for a dedicated Sales & Reservations Assistant to join their dynamic Box Office & Reservations team. In this key role, you will play an essential part in enhancing customer experience by delivering outstanding service through various channels, including face-to-face interactions, phone inquiries, emails, and emerging platforms.
Please Note: This is an office-based position in Central London.
Working Days can vary: Tuesday - Wednesday (10 AM - 6 PM) & Thursday - Saturday/event days (12 PM - 8 PM or 1 PM - 9 PM)
Starting Salary: £28K p/a plus annual bonus
Responsibilities:
- Respond to booking inquiries across phone, email, and online channels.
- Use the Collins booking system to manage reservations, dietary notes, and seating preferences.
- Communicate guest details and preferences clearly with internal teams.
- Provide friendly and informative support during the pre-arrival stage, upselling where appropriate.
Front of House (FOH) Support:
- Personally welcome guests to the venue with warmth and professionalism.
- Support the guest check-in process and resolve any on-the-day issues or queries.
- Liaise with the FOH and operations teams to ensure all guest needs are met.
Digital & Marketing Support:
- Help update the website with accurate event dates, prices, and availability.
- Assist with social media content scheduling and email campaign preparation.
- Participate in content gathering (photos, testimonials, etc.) for marketing use.
- Contribute to the preparation of guest lists and booking summaries.
