Account Director at Runa

About the Role:

As an Account Director at Runa, you will manage a portfolio of 10 to 15 high-value, strategic accounts. You will drive growth and innovation, collaborating with clients to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Runa’s cutting-edge solutions. Acting as the primary relationship manager, you will work closely with stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives, to deliver maximum client value.

This role combines strategic client engagement, business growth, and internal mentorship to elevate Runa’s account management function. You will also lead internal initiatives, shaping the future of Runa’s client success strategy.

What’s in it for you:

  • We have a hybrid structure with the requirement of 1-2 days a week at our London Office (Aldgate East).
  • £1,000 annual L&D allowance to invest in mastering your craft, including accredited studies. Plus 5 days study leave per year.

  • Runa Reset Days – Runa closes on the first Friday of each quarter for a well-deserved, Reset Day.
  • Summer Hours – In the month of August, we log off at 3pm on Fridays.
  • Work from anywhere for up to 45 calendar days a year.
