Run-Time Group have partnered with a high-growth B2B SaaS business to hire a RevOps Manager / Head of RevOps, who will play a pivotal role in shaping and optimising the company's commercial systems landscape. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys operating at the intersection of technology, operations, and business strategy. The successful candidate will take ownership of the CRM ecosystem (Salesforce), lead systems improvement initiatives, and work closely with senior stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance to drive operational excellence.

As the RevOps Manager, you'll be responsible for the administration, development, and optimisation of Salesforce and the wider revenue technology stack. You'll act as the key link between business teams and technical solutions, ensuring systems support commercial objectives while delivering a seamless user experience. You'll have significant ownership from day one, with the opportunity to influence technology strategy, improve business processes, and support the adoption of new tools and capabilities across the organisation.

Experience & Skills

  • Proven experience in Revenue Operations, Salesforce Administration, CRM Systems Management, or a similar function.
  • Strong Salesforce expertise, including administration, configuration, and automation.
  • Experience managing integrations between Salesforce and third-party business applications.
  • Familiarity with modern GTM technologies such as HubSpot, Gong, 6sense, Pendo, Planhat, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.
  • Strong understanding of data management, reporting, and operational processes.
  • Ability to gather requirements, solve problems, and deliver practical business-focused solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the Salesforce environment, ensuring it remains scalable, reliable, and aligned with business requirements.
  • Configure and enhance workflows, automations, validation rules, and custom functionality.
  • Drive data quality, governance, and system best practices across the organisation.
  • Identify opportunities to improve efficiency through automation and process optimisation.

Revenue Technology & Integrations

  • Manage and optimise integrations between Salesforce and the broader commercial technology ecosystem.
  • Maintain oversight of system architecture, data flows, and platform dependencies.
  • Evaluate, implement, and onboard new technologies that support business growth and operational efficiency.
  • Collaborate with external vendors and implementation partners where required.

Process Improvement & Enablement

  • Design and implement processes that improve consistency, efficiency, and reporting accuracy.
  • Create and maintain clear documentation across systems and workflows.
  • Deliver training and support to end users, driving adoption and effective platform utilisation.
  • Champion data integrity and operational best practices across commercial teams.

Desirable Experience

  • Experience within a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Exposure to finance systems such as NetSuite.
