Candidate Requirements:
2025-2026 Graduate in STEM / CompSci from a Top Russell Group University
Strong CS Fundamentals Data structures, algorithms, operating systems, networking, and databases.
Programming Skills Proficiency in at least one modern language (Python, Java, C++, Go, TypeScript).
Academic Excellence Degree in Computer Science or related field with strong academic performance.
Curiosity & Drive A genuine passion for technology, learning, and solving hard problems.
Project Experience Internships, open-source contributions, hackathons, or personal projects.
Communication Ability to explain ideas clearly and work effectively in a team.
Software Development Design, build, and maintain high-quality software components across backend, frontend, or platform engineering.
Problem Solving Apply strong analytical thinking to debug issues, optimise performance, and improve system reliability.
Code Quality Write clean, testable, well-structured code with strong attention to detail.
Collaboration Work closely with senior engineers, product managers, and designers to deliver impactful features.
