Engineering Manager
Run-Time Group have partenere with a Fintech in London who are looking for a Senior Engineering Manager to lead multiple engineering teams building mission-critical financial systems. Youll shape technical strategy, scale engineering capabilities, and drive delivery across high-impact product areas such as payments, risk, data, and real-time financial services.
This role is ideal for seasoned leaders who combine deep technical judgement with strong organisational leadership, and who can operate at both strategic and execution levels in a regulated, fast-moving fintech environment.

Engineering Leadership Experience Proven track record managing and developing engineering teams (typically 515 engineers).
Strong Technical Background Experience with (Java, C#.Net, Python), microservices, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and modern backend languages.
FinTech or Regulated Industry Experience Understanding of payments, trading, banking, or financial data systems.
Delivery Excellence Ability to drive predictable execution in an agile environment.
Stakeholder Management Skilled at influencing, communicating, and aligning across technical and non-technical teams.
Proven Engineering Leadership Experience leading multiple teams or managing managers in high-growth tech or fintech environments.
