Advise customers on API integration and implementation approaches\ N Resolve technical roadblocks and implementation challenges\ N Work closely with Product and Engineering teams to share customer feedback and influence future enhancements\ N Provide technical support and enablement to customers and partners\ Experience in Solutions Engineering, Presales, Solution Consulting or Technical Consulting within a SaaS environment\ N SQL and database knowledge\ N Strong organisational and project management skills\ N Experience within SaaS, Payments, FinTech, Logistics, ERP, CRM or other technology-led industries would be advantageous \
