A high-growth, international technology business is looking to add a Spanish-speaking Sales Development Representative (SDR) to its expanding London team. Working with globally recognised brands, this role offers a great opportunity for someone early in their sales career to make a real impact while developing within a fast-paced, ambitious environment. What You’ll Be Doing:
- Proactively identify and engage potential clients across key markets
- Reach out to prospects through a multi-channel approach (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Qualify opportunities and schedule meetings for senior sales team members
- Build, manage, and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects
- Keep CRM records accurate and up to date (HubSpot)
- Research organisations and key decision-makers to tailor outreach effectively
- Work towards and consistently achieve monthly targets and KPIs
- Collaborate with internal teams to support overall sales growth
What We’re Looking For:
- Fluent Spanish (fluent or bilingual level) and strong English skills are essential
- At least 1 year of experience in a sales, SDR, or business development role
- Comfortable working in a target-driven, high-performance environment
- Ability to confidently communicate with stakeholders at different levels
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Self-starter with a proactive and resilient mindset
- Experience using CRM tools is beneficial
