As they continue to scale, they are seeking a Pre-Sales Team Lead to help guide their clients and prospects through the technical aspects of their journey.
As a Pre-Sales Team Lead, you will lead a team of solution consultants and work closely with Sales, Product, and Engineering to deliver high-impact technical engagements. You will act as both a team manager and a senior individual contributor, supporting complex sales cycles, owning solution design, and driving pre-sales strategy across multiple regions and verticals.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical and client-facing role (e.g., Pre-Sales, Solutions Consulting, Sales Engineering) in a SaaS environment.
- Proven experience building, leading, or mentoring a Solutions, Pre-Sales, or Technical Consulting team.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to articulate technical solutions clearly to a variety of stakeholders.
- Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related STEM degree.
- Solid understanding of systems integration concepts and hands-on experience with RESTful APIs and cloud-based architecture.
- Working with clients to build their digital business on cloud platform; including IaaS, PaaS (Cloud Foundry), Docker/containers (Kubernetes), DevOps, API integration among other cloud-native services.
- Ecommerce experience is highly desirable.
