M365 Engineer Contract Outside IR35 DV Clearance required 6 months On-site / Hybrid working model We are looking for M365 Engineers on a contract basis to deliver 2nd and 3rd Line support with the responsibilities of managing the M365 Tenant and maintaining its configuration, together with support of M365 products and Power Applications which include: Experience: β Exchange Online β MS Office Online β OneDrive β OneNote β Teams β SharePoint β Viva Engage β Forms β Stream β Microsoft 365 Defender β Power platform β Ave Point β Entra β Intune β Power Platform including Power Apps and Power BI β PowerShell Scripting β Purview Security Key accountabilities: Carry out routine configuration, installation and reconfiguration of database and related products to optimise performance and implement change Identify and take ownership of technical problems and incidents; manage, coordinate and prioritise tasks to resolve technical incidents as quickly as possible Identify and investigate repeat issues and faults, initiate and monitor actions to investigate patterns and trends, consulting specialists where required; determine the appropriate remedy and preventative measures; assist with their implementation Develop and document change requests to improve control / reduce risk to security performance and availability. Analyse and assess impact of change requests Administration and configuration of in scope M365 Production Tenant Tenant Configuration and Administration activities (Both M365 and Dataverse).
