A global SaaS technology company is seeking an Integration Solutions Engineer to join its growing team. This role is focused on helping enterprise customers design and deploy robust API-led integrations while acting as a trusted technical advisor throughout the customer lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
- Advise customers on integration architecture and implementation strategy
- Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions
- Help customers maximise the value of the platform through best-practice integration approaches
- Act as the technical focal point for customer implementations
- Demonstrate integrations, workflows and technical capabilities to clients
- Troubleshoot technical challenges and provide practical solutions
- Work closely with Sales, Product and Engineering teams
- Support partners and customers through onboarding and integration activities
- Contribute customer insights and product feedback to internal stakeholders
Experience Required
- 3+ years of experience in SaaS integrations, solutions engineering or technical consulting
- Strong API and REST integration knowledge
- Understanding of databases and SQL
- Customer-facing experience with excellent communication skills
- Proven ability to analyse and solve technical problems
- Comfortable working across multiple projects simultaneously
- Experience working in cloud and modern technology environments
- Background within SaaS, Payments, FinTech, Logistics, ERP, CRM or related technology sectors preferred
